After more than two years’ continuous optimization improvement, in August 2017, the project of no-damage fiber drawing machine that our technical center focused on made a major breakthrough, and multiple key problems have been successfully solved. New machine can not only reduce the abrasions in the fiber drawing process and improve the accuracy of fiber drawing, but also can effectively improve the workshop environment, so that the benefit is remarkable. At present, the machine design is almost/close to finalizing and will be mass produced and promoted.

Large-scale Cleaning Equipment Has Come Into Use

In late September, with the completion of the company's power grid capacity expansion connection, ultrasonic cleaning equipment for the raw materials of cold working cleaning process has officially come into use. The device size is about 3600x2300x100 (mm). It can automatically clean the cladding glass and core glass. Operators only need to move the cleaning materials to the designated place. Then the manipulator will sequentially move the cladding material into five functional grooves such as cleaning and rinsing etc. to clean the surface of the workpieces, relying on the mechanical vibration force produced by 234 ultrasonic vibrators and decontamination function of chemical cleaning agent .

From September 6th to 9th , the 19th CIOE, the largest exhibition in opto-electronic industry, was held in Shenzhen Exhibition Center. Honsun attended the CIOE with the fiber optic image transmission components and fiber optic communication components. New breakthoughs have been made in large-size fiber optic plate of HONSUN

New breakthroughs have been made in 150 mm x 150 mm large area fiber optic plate(FOP) of Guangzhou Honsun Opto-electronic Co., Ltd again on the manufacturing process through continuous process improvement. By contrast, the internal quality, fiber optic center distance、dimension and specifications of FOP are in the domestic leading level and have been praised by customers. At present, the product process has been standardized and has achieved mass production ability.
