To deepen the execution of corporate strategy, revitalize the core of enterprise culture, and forge stronger team synergy, HONSUN team led its core team to Bijia Mountain in Qingyuan from July 17 to 19, 2026. Under the theme “Focus into Torches, United for Excellence”, the company launched an immersive team-building retreat—a journey of physical renewal and intellectual resonance designed to cement the foundation of a shared destiny for the organization.
Blending warmth with depth, the event unfolded across three chapters: mountain gathering, curling competition, and soulful dialogue.
On the opening day, the team stepped away from workplace bustle to wander the emerald valleys of Bijia Mountain, embracing nature’s tranquility. As night fell, all members gathered around a campfire, cooking together, sharing meals, and conversing freely. Laughter dissolved hierarchical barriers, shortened distances, and distilled genuine camaraderie built on side-by-side companionship.
The second day’s land curling tournament harnessed playful competition to empower collaboration. Randomly grouped, teammates strategized throws, debated tactics, and coordinated offense and defense—honing their capacity to plan holistically and act in unison. The rapport and post-match reflection from the court were directly channeled into real-world momentum for cross-departmental teamwork and project breakthroughs.
The centerpiece of the retreat was a deep cultural heart-to-heart dialogue. Shedding titles and roles, participants sat in circles of candor, examining their original aspirations and mission while mapping the interdependence of personal growth and corporate development. Anchoring themselves in the company’s “611” strategy, they voiced working bottlenecks and tough challenges, paired up to pledge mutual support, and committed to accountability. Using the Johari Window for mirror feedback, team members spoke openly, recalled shared warm moments, dissolved gaps, and healed bidirectional—achieving a profound fusion of hearts.
