The competition retains regular individual and team sports, and also adds automation related sports, which maximizes the enthusiasm of employees to learn standards, learn technology, learn business, and improve skills, and effectively improves their skill levels. During the competition, various departments and teams closely cooperated, and all employees enthusiastically registered and practiced meticulously. During the competition, everyone enjoyed the unique skills of competing and striving for excellence, fully demonstrating a positive and upward spirit and solid job skills.
This competition has a total of 33 competition events, with 799 participants (times) and 152 winners (times). Among them, there are 16 team events, 129 individual events, and 7 outstanding judges.
In order to summarize experience and set an example, the company held the 2023 Job Skills Competition Summary and Commendation Conference on December 9, 2023. Honorary certificates and prizes were awarded to the winners to recognize their outstanding performance in the skills competition. At the same time, the award-winning representatives and representatives from the organizing department also made concluding remarks, sharing their experiences and feelings.
