After more than two years’ continuous optimization improvement, in August 2017, the project of no-damage fiber drawing machine that our technical center focused on made a major breakthrough, and multiple key problems have been successfully solved. New machine can not only reduce the abrasions in the fiber drawing process and improve the accuracy of fiber drawing, but also can effectively improve the workshop environment, so that the benefit is remarkable. At present, the machine design is almost/close to finalizing and will be mass produced and promoted.
